How we do it
Field proven mixing know how, and continuously developing mixing
technology is focused on your application whether it is small, or
a large process critical reactor agitator. Laboratory testing, laser Anemometry,
and state of the art Computational Fluid Dynamics systems (CFD) are utilised
to evaluate mixing problems and to improve process results.
• We offer one of the most extensive impeller ranges in the industry
• Flow efficient Hydrofoil impellers to maximise fluid flow whilst minimising energy usage
• High solidity Hydrofoils for higher viscosity mixing and high head applications such as gas dispersion and draft tube circulators
• Counterflow Impellers, for high viscosity and shear thinning fluids
• In addition we have a wide range of Turbine, Anchor and Ribbon Impellers
What we do it with
Mixing Solutions Limited are solely dedicated to the design and manufacture
of agitation equipment. We recognise the need for durable and reliable
equipment and with ongoing development of mechanical hardware and the
use of state of the art 3 dimensional design tools and Finite Element
Analysis we are able to offer you:
• Unique total in house design capability which includes the gear reducer to provide assured reliability whether your need is 0.25kW or more than 2000kW
