Tank Shut Off Device

This unique mechanical shut-off device incorporated into Cutlass Side-Entry mixers is engineered to meet strict “no oil on the ground” environmental requirements.  Designed into the shaft and mounting flange is a stainless steel taper-to-taper shut-off feature.  This ensures confident and secure locking during bearing and mechanical seal change-out procedures without the need to empty the tank.
